People perform better in a group setting.

Even if there is just one other person in the room making a workout a collaborative event is going to increase your performance.  Focus increases.  Distractions fall away, and the results pile up.

 

Our group sessions top out at around 10 people and there is always a knowledgable staff member monitoring the activity on the floor. 

They are there to do three things:

– Provide guidance and safe exercise practices

– Modify an excercise to suit your needs and abilities

– Motivate and encourage you to get the most out of your workout
